“I booked 2 suits at chantra khiri. One room for my wife, 2 kids and myself. The other room for my parents. We stayed for 3 nights during Christmas holidays. The room is very spacious and the quality of the equipments used inside the room are superb. Breakfast was great we didn't get bored after 3 meals. Service was very impressive all the staffs was very polite and owner of the hotel is also very friendly. Only improvement is for the service to be a little faster. The weather was really good as well since chantra khiri is located in hang Dong which is about 40 mins away from the city. So if you looking for a place for hideaway and recharge this is the place to be. ”

“A hotel worth specially staying at. It's so beautiful. The designer has great taste, and you can see this hotel in several magazines; it's perfect for taking pictures. The hotel service is excellent. We booked three rooms, and on the first day, one room was upgraded to the second floor due to air conditioning issues. The next day, another room was upgraded because of a bathroom odor. The rooms on the second and third floors have fantastic views and very beautiful terraces. However, I also really like the outdoor living room on the first floor; it's particularly comfortable. The infinity pool in front of the hotel is stunning. We swam on a rainy day and then saw a rainbow on the mountain across. The hotel's restaurant is especially delicious. The breakfast is so abundant that you can't finish it. The staff's English is not particularly good, so you need to be patient; you can use translation software to send messages in Thai to them. They are very friendly and provide detailed service. Some of the hotel's facilities are a bit worn out, such as the furniture peeling and the wooden floors being uneven. But this does not affect my stay experience. There are two dogs, Lincoln and Trump. They come to the restaurant during breakfast time waiting for you to give them meat. They are companions for the children.”

“This hotel is all about the mountain views - it was truly beautiful! The pool is very small and a little close to the restaurant. The restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed our meals there. There is not much to do at the hotel especially if you don't have a car. The staff were a bit uninterested in us, but overall we had a very pleasant stay. ”

“We booked two rooms for 4 adults and 2 children and stayed here 4 nights. All the Staff were very helpful. Food was amazingly awesome!!! The only thing was that initially we were told that we had to pay extra or book a third room because only 2 people were allowed in each room even though the booking website rules said Max 2 adults and 1 child under 11yrs per room allowed. And also the other issue was all the lights were turned off around the property by 9:30pm and we had to walk in the dark hilly areas getting back to the property at 10pm without any lights. No staff was at front desk in the nights either to call for anything. It would be nice if the hotel management could address these issues. Other than that our stay was very good!”
